NXP Hardware Extraction Library
In Zephyr 3.4.0, NXP provides a hardware abstraction library for LPC family MCUs. An early run time system configuration API attaches clocks to peripheral blocks. In Zephyr modules sources look for `CLOCK_AttachClk()` definition and uses.
