Works of 2018 to get living spaces and garden spaces up and usable. Bigger tasks include,
- walking ramp south side
- walking ramp and leveled picnic table area north side
- lawn replanting and sod disposition
- steps to and middle terrace above junipers
- leaf and soil removal from east side of top fence
Some smaller but important tasks include:
- poison oak removal southeast corner
- gate creation in fence southeast corner
- mulched trail from middle terrace to southeast corner
- paver stone edging along front porch bed
- paver stone edging along large front garden bed
- raspberry patch clean up
- wild flower thinning by driveway
